Setting Time in Mission planner/ Log time is incorrect

Can someone tell me how to set the correct time in Mission Planner? My log files times are incorrect and its driving me nuts when I get back from surveying.

Update to at least ArduCopter 4.5.7 and set the correct value into the BRD_RTC_TZ_MIN parameter.
