Setting Target Roll Angle in LUA Script Arduplane

Using the basic Set Angle Lua Script : ardupilot/set-angle.lua at master · ArduPilot/ardupilot · GitHub

But when I try to see if there is a change on my Arduplane mission planner for Nav_Roll or Nav_Pitch, I am not seeing any changes. I also have the plane set to guided mode but it does not make any difference to the readings.
