Servo settings and orientation questions

For mount in non-AT firmware I’d configure SERVOx_MIN/MAX to coordinate with MNTx_axis_MIN/MAX.
Is the relationship the same in AT between SERVOx_MIN/MAX and RCx_MIN/MAX?
How does YAW_RANGE and PITCH_MIN/MAX come into play?

What is the difference between Position and On/Off for SERVO_YAW_TYPE and SERVO_PITCH_TYPE ?

When configuring the AHRS_ORIENTATION and COMPASS_ORIENT, what is the presumed orientation reference?
The doc says to point in the direction of the antenna, but is 0 degrees on the pitch presumed to be pointing up or forward?
