Hi! I need help getting my servo to respond to wind direction. The Pixhawk is correctly reading the wind direction from my wind vane, but the servo isn’t reacting to it. I know the servo is powered because I can manually move it by adjusting the trim, min, and max settings in the Servo Output section. I also have “Sail Enabled” on and the servo function set as “Main_Sail.”
When I go to Actions and set it to Simple, the servo reacts to a manual change in wind direction for about 2 seconds, then dampens out and stops responding.
I’m new to this, so any help would be great—tips, troubleshooting steps, or even a Zoom call if someone has time to walk me through it.
