Serious vibrations on new build, can't solve

Hi!

I recently built this copter, and cannot seem to figure out this low throttle vibration. I have already: cut the PIDs way down, soft mounted the FC, and tried the recommended S500 profile.

It is fully controllable in the air (acro and stabilize), but it wants to shake itself apart and over heat the motors, any thoughts?

Well motors sounds like a pid issue to me.
Just in case send onboard logs for review.

Some of those parameters don’t look right for a 7" prop quad on 6S power. The recommended S500 profile is for much lower kV motors and 10" props. I would use the values suggested in the Initial Parameter Setup screen for 7" on 6S as a starting point.
