Is it possible to have Ardupilot made to work with this new type tracker?

Ardupilot is mentioned as supported on the website you linked.
Ardupilot natively is not supported you need to use a Minim OSD programmed with MW-OSD V2.0 in order for it to work. Built in OSD such as on Matek Sys FC’s currently will not work with this AAT and I am asking the Ardupilot Dev’s if this could be included to make it compatible with this unit.
