SB_0000002 Critical service bulletin for Cubes Purchased between January 2019 to presen

My self Dr. A. Sri Krishna, Professor from India. I purchased pixhawk 2.1 cube(Blank) from USA on 5th April 2019. But it is not working properly. Calibrations are not working and i am not getting any musical tones also. Firmwares uploading into the device still i am getting following error.

SB_0000002 Critical service bulletin for Cubes Purchased between January 2019 to present.

I am getting this error from last 2days. what should i have to do.

TL:DR - the manufacturer of the Cube has issued a Grounding Notice for all Cube/Pixhawk 2.1 purchased after Jan 2019. All Cube post-Jan 2019 are grounded until they complete their internal investigation. See above thread for more info.
