If that Arduflyer is an APM controller it hasn’t been supported in years. I would suggest you replace it with a modern flight controller that is.

Hi here is a picture
pls let me know…

Get rid of that, it hasn’t been supported for many years. Pick one from here: Arducopter Stable

thanks
there may be an old-timer with tools.

Orlando

this one is top-plugin
others are solder cables type…

Orlando

do you know/recommend one with plug-in ports?

Orlando

Many supported boards do. Cubes,CUAV, Mrobotics, Qiotek, Pixhawk from Holybro are some examples.

I also ordered oneMatek F405-HDTE 3-12S 30x30 Flight Controller
it is taking time to get here…
will ardupilot work with it?

Orlando

Yes.

hi thanks

f450drone:

will ardupilot work with it?

Yes.

I would suggest the " Installing the ArduPilot bootloader" method found here and then use Mission planner to flash the board firmware. The fact it’s an F450 has nothing to do with it.
Loading Firmware

How about a direct link to where i can download the “Installing the ArduPilot bootloader”

that would really help

thanks
Orlando

Use this link:
Flashing bootloader

I’ve had luck using the latest iNav Configurator to do the initial install of ArduCopter onto various matek boards. The link below refers to using BetaFlight Configurator, and I’ve used that in the past, but lately iNav Configurator seemed to work just fine for me.

Hi since I have not ben able to find a suitable sketch for my ARDUFLYER
I am working on a home made one for my arduino mega

is common use the servo.h and “myservo.write(val);” to make the servo to move…
what would be the counter part of accepting on a digital port for the signal
coming from the receiver to tell them servos how to move?

thanks
Orlando

ArduPilot hasn’t run an Arduino IDE sketch-based firmware in around a decade. You’re barking up the wrong tree.

These are the instructions for what you want to do but this is not been supported in many years so you are on your own with this

https://ardupilot.org/dev/docs/building-ardupilot-with-arduino-windows.html

If you just want it to fly you can just install the 3.2.1 firmware via mision planner, you dont have to compile it.
