Rusty Jehangir founded Blue Robotics in 2014, starting with a Kickstarter campaign for a thruster for underwater robots that raised more than $100,000. The company now manufactures more than 200 products, including parts for underwater robots and its own underwater drone, the BlueROV2, which sells for thousands of dollars less than competing products.
