Hi community : i have built a drone , a quadcopter , and I’m using the pixhawk 2.4.8 as FC,remote fsi6 10 chanel.
I need to control a camera - RunCam6 4K - to trigger photos , start stop videos , etc.
I’ve found some options in the configuration that mention the RunCam control , but i haven’t been able to make it work.
I’m not sure if this camera is supported to trigger video or take photos by using arducopter.
Does anyone know about this ?

Supports a serial port, has a decent chance of working. How did you wire it and how did you configure it? Post some pictures.

May project is working I have made the connection as given in Run Cam Camera Support order to control start and stop of video recording from a radio transmitter set a free rc channel to RC7_OPTION = 78 to enable triggering from that RC input channel. If the switch is in the low position then video recording is stopped, if in the high position then video recording is started. CAM_RC_TYPE= 3
