Rplidar A3 and navio2

Hi am I using a lidar sensor Rplidar A3, Rover 4.0 and the version of Mission Planner 1.3.70, I configured it as the page indicates in ardupilot I was reading that it must be powered by an external source so that it rotates only that I could not obtain connect data via USB and at the UART input. If anyone found a way to get data or have any settings where it was successful I would appreciate it, I share the settings.

The electrical connections and the parameters are already described in the wiki.

Pleas post more concrete questions, and more detailed error messages

The configuration described in the wiki is not the same for the navio 2 ?
RPLIDAR A3 is 256000.How can I edit the ardupilot source code for the serial?
