ROVER Cruise Learning Fails

This is a Turnigy Trooper with Pixhawk 1. It is running the most recent stable version of Rover (3.4.2) Cruise Learning fails. I have my M/S Speed on the HUD and it will not show accurate representation of speed. I was trying to get to 2 meters/sec but never even approached .05 - The Trooper hauls ass so I know that I was past 2 meters a second.
