Rover and Best lidar for bendy rule

All,
so I’m building a rover and want to use the bendy ruler mode

Going with a pixhawk and cube but what lidar would be good for all weather conditions and forward sensing only say 8 - 12m range and then it needs to avoid anything thats in front of it at say 1m from it or 2m

and ideally a 120 degree sweep to 180 degree sweep maybe best for the lidar
