Does the rotor further from center gives better stability.
Does it makes much difference when shooting videos?
Most of the stability comes from a stiff frame, low vibrations and proper PID tuning without cutting corners.
Bigger frames have typically more flex and vibrations.

So the distance between rotor to center doesn’t affects stability?
It affects stability in the manner I explained above.
