This is for a customer so let me start by apologizing for not having logs and screenshots. I am supporting a Flight Controller that has an internal RM3100 chip wired via i2C. I have built six large VTOL UAV’s so far with no issues, but of course, the first customer issue is a compass that will not calibrate.
The RM3100 shows up detected on the i2C bus and with a node ID of 32 in the compass menu. Everything looks correct until we start the compass calibration. The green bar does not populate at all, and the description box to the right side does not show any percentage value for the calibration.
We have tried changing the priority and designation, and have also re-flashed firmware to no avail, any thoughts?
