RFD900 Power from Kore Carrier Board

Hey All,

I know that on the standard carrier board we are supposed to provide power for RFD900 modems from an external 5v source (i.e. don’t use power through the telem port). Is the same true for the Kore Carrier Board?

If you want to power the rfd from the telemetry port then it is true, don’t do that.
But there is an auxiliary 5V power source on the Kore board (J14) which can be used to power RFD.

Ok - sounds good thanks! Was hoping that the aux 5V power source was wired to the telem port internally - but I guess that is not the case.
