reverse motor direction and BLHeli32

I want to reverse motor direction,but I can’t connect to blheli. I’m using pixhawk 6c. sometimes it’s says that **please check usb/**serial port and sometimes it’s says that I should disconnect from betaflight or ardupilot. I didn’t get that.
