Reset On Connection To Mission Planner on Cube Purple then 0X800

Hi all, just working on my Rover and its been dormant for a while, while setting up today im getting a reboot of the Cube on connection to Mission Planner, I click connect and it starts the usual connection ang getting prams, after a second or so the controller lets out a short chirp from the speaker and reboots. Once rebooted I can connect properly but im getting 0X800 error.

This happens on both USB and Wifi connection via Wifi Uart adapter.

The build is Cube Purple, Rover 4.0, Latest Mission Planner beta as of today, was doing it on public release as well just updated to test.

I have tried it on power, off power, drivers updated ect but no joy to resolve. I have turned on Logging when disarmed and I will attach a couple of files from a clean boot in the morning, I can share the ones I have now privately if needed, these are powered by battery then try to connect a minute or so later, then connect after it reboots with error.

With out connection to GS its working fine with no errors.

Any suggestions would be great as I am going around in circles with this one.
