Request: Favorite Parameter Screen

Somehow I ended up on GitHub when I tried to request this before.?.

It would be a nice feature if we could mark certain parameters as favorites, and look them up as a list. There are certain parameters I use when tuning or experimenting. The list could go on the side bar with the standard, advanced, and full parameter lists.
