Newbie alert.
I have a boat trolling motor with a remote control fob. Controls motor speed and direction, bow mount.
I want GPS control especially for anchor lock functions to hold the boat in one place (anchor).
Is using the Ardupilot, GPS shield and 433 or 2.4ghz transciever shield a good option?
Learn the remote codes and then use the Ardupilot to send the codes to the motor for control?
. No interference with motor wiring or systems.
