RC3 (Throttle) inverse is strange

Hello All,
When I try to set inverse for channel 3, I get the situation which is completely different from all other channels.
The throttle goes to maximum out (which is actualy minimum as it is inversed) in any mode and does not respond to input in MANUAL, FBWA, AUTO, all of them.
It just stays in the same position.
If I remove inverting (1 instead of -1), all is working but for my engine throttle goes inverted.
What can be the problem?

@EShamaev,
Are you using a Futaba Transmitter?
Their throttle channel is the reverse of normal R/C transmitters.
Have you tried reversing the throttle channel at the transmitter?

The thing was in THR_FS_VALUE parameter. Did not know about it as did not get to failsafe yet, so it was not obvious.
