RC3 as throttle settings pixhawk 2.4.8

im using a pixhawk controller 2.4.8

i have a Radiolink t8fb controller.
i have set the throttle stick to RCMAP 3.
i would like to have a middle zone for startup and arm
and i want to use the top half of the stick as forward and the bottom part as reverse.

i have tried to setup but it only function now as forward throttle with no reverse throttle

Have you been through this:
https://ardupilot.org/rover/docs/rover-motor-and-servo-configuration.html

How is everything connected?
What related settings do you have now?
What hardware (motors, speed controllers) ?

i have managed to fix it.

first i go the Radio Calibration tab and put my stick in the middle point and see how much PWM
is the stick spitting out that was arround 1513 pwm

then i went to the full parameter tree and looked up RC3

i used the trim settings to adjust the RC3_TRIM setting to create the middle point
i set that to arround 1500 pwm
the RC3max to 1955 pwm (forward)
and the RC3min to 800 pwm (backward)

and set 0 to RC3_dz
