RC control during Auto missions

Is there a way to get momentary RC1 to RC4 controls during an auto mission ?
For exemple : A drone is performing a mapping of a large land, in the middle is a tree, allowing a little push on the roll or throttle stick i can lightly deviate to avoid the tree, then after i released the stick (to center) the drone regains its flight path and continue the mission.

Is that possible ?

Not at the moment. We needed to change altitude during a mission every 2-3 seconds (we are doing some work where altitude precision is crucial), on order to do that we had a dev customizing a firmware for our use. Would be great to have the possibility to override auto mission with channels as a built in option.

There pause can be made for mission and restart again from last waypoint but not advisable to carry out in such operation .
