Rc and autopilot conflicting on servos

Hello all
I have a problem in auto mode. When I switch to auto mode via rc commander the commander is still active so servos can’t move easily. For example While the rc is send 1500 signal but the autopilot is sending another value. So it can not move exactly. Both tries to send their value. How can I solve this problem. Is there any way to deactive the control of servos via commander when in auto mode ?

Check the STICK_MIXING parameter.
