Random rolls while trying to complete mission

Hello guys, I have problem with quadcopter. It have x8 motors, and making random rolls in the air. It’s not small rolls like a little bit, but it have kinda normal or I even can say hard ones, and it’s really painful to watch, so maybe someone have some ideas how i could make it smooth and normal flight with fixed problem ?

How are we supposed to do that without a .bin log file?
