Do we have in mission planner or qgroundcontrol a “radar” mode such as parrot disco (item 8 in attachment) ?
It is very usefull to orient the ground antenna to the plane ?

No, because GCS computer isn’t typically coupled with antennae assembly. Ardupilot supports antena trackers that can point your antennae assembly at the UAV.
