Radar CAN Protocol

Hi all,
I want to connect Radar(sR14MP )with CAN not UAVCAN protocol.
Can i connect it with Ardupilot hardware (HAL) ?
I want to create a library ,but I don’t know how to send CAN packet not UAVCAN protocol.
