Question about setting individual motor speed in Mission Planner with APM

Question in Mission Planner is there a way to regulate individual motor speed (RPM)? Just an Example = say I have a 4 motor quad and I want to be able to turn my transmitter throttle stick to 50%, I want to have 3 motors running at 50% RPM and 1 motor running at 20% RPM.
Another Example Y4 tricopter setup, say I want the 2 back motors to run less RPM than the front motors but at the same throttle setting on the transmitter?
Is there parameters in mission planner that let a person setup this way?
APM 2.6, Copter 3.2.1, Mission Planner 3.5xx
