Quadplane with f405 VTOL board

I am building a 4 + 1 Quadplane. Updated firmware with Arduplane F405-TE. In Mission Planner, everything is working. Testing in manual mode, all flight controls and plane motor work as expected. In QLOITER, the quad motors spin up and work using the throttle, but when you move pitch and roll, the ailerons and elevators move instead of the quad motors spinning up and down. Any ideas?
