Quadplane Transition Done (and then issues with second attempt!)

I did some transition flights today – the first went down perfectly well. However on the second, something strange happened: Once transition was achieved (in FBWA mode) I started to execute the first turn only to find I had no control whatsoever (aileron and elevator were not responding). I managed to get the plane back using QLoiter and saved it but I have no idea as to the cause of the loss of control. Here is a video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMAnsm0lzOU

I don’t think I actually checked control surfaces before take-off (doh!) so the problem could have been present from the beginning of the flight. After I landed the plane, all servos were unresponsive. But I checked everything again this evening and the servos are all working fine.

Can someone please take a look at my log (bin file attached) to see if anything stands out? Location is here:

Thanks,

Ok, I think I know what happened - I probably forgot to power up the servo rail. I just checked:- the quad motors and forward motor work normally without power to the rail so it took off and did the transition. Just lucky that I managed to save the model. Will not make this mistake again!!
