Quadplane Tailsitter FBWA motors inconsistent speed

Hi,

I am running Arduplane 4.1.7 with a tailsitter similar to the blackfly:
Q_FRAME_CLASS,1
Q_FRAME_TYPE,1
Q_TAILSIT_MOTMX,15

Testing on the ground in FBWA mode, increasing throttle increases the RPM for motors 1,2,4 at the same rate, but motor 3 is about 1000 RPM higher. However, all motors respond similarly in Q_HOVER.

What parameters could be off?

Anyone else having this problem in the future, place your plane level and go to mission planner:
Setup->Mandatory Hardware->Accel Calibration and press “Calibrate Level”.
