Quadplane Flight Stage

I am noticing a weird anamoly with flight stage as my quadplane enters and exits transition. When in auto mode, the plane jumps to “normal” flight stage for just a moment and then jumps back down to “VTOL” flight stage until the transition is done, and then bumps back up to “normal.” This is true of both auto mode and transitions from QLoiter to FBWA. When transitioning from QLoiter to CRUISE mode, the stage immediately jumps from “VTOL” to “normal” the moment cruise is activated. In both cases, the quadplane pitches down and decreases throttle dramatically after the transition is done. I have attached both flight logs here and have included screenshots of the logs showing TECS pitch output, RC3 OUT (throttle), and flight stage. It seems to be on the surface that the reason for the downward pitch and throttle down is different between the two cases. It also has me wondering, should the flight stage during transition be considered “takeoff,” or should there be a unique flight stage for transition? Either of these might help the TECS controller not want to dramatically drop the quadplane once it is done with transition.
