Quadcopter Reducing Altitude while Moving forward in Loiter

I have figured out the problem and now it is flying good, all motors are levels.
Just small issue, now the 4th motor (CCW) is running faster and 3rd motor (CW) is running slower. I have changed the frame type, currently I am flying in Betaflight X reverse.

My guess is it might be because of CG imbalance, although I have checked it, it seems almost center but I will try to make it more dead center. I just want to know your views on that. Here is the flight log for your reference: 2023-10-28 21-21-56.bin - Google Drive

Looks much better. Notch filter is working well.
