QGroundControl with Video down link on Linux?

I have just installed the QGroundControl 2.0 software on Windows and it looks real cool, but I like to use it on my Linux U2 micro system. Dose anyone knows where I can find Linux version from this software and how I can get the video downlink implemented?

You need to compile it on Linux from source, see here.

:astonished: I thought it will be a little bit more a install and run solution. But I will try to get it work, thank´s a lot.

What distro are you running , eg : Mageia, Fedora, Ubuntu, Arch ?

Also 32 or 64 bit os?

Personally running Mageia 3 64bit.

He (and me too) is using a APMv7-powered board with Ubuntu 13.04.

There is already an option to enable something like “video downlink” but it has no affect (I am using windows 8). How do I use this feature? Is it possible to use a standard webcam inuput?

But I can help getting qgroundcontrl working/compiled with you.

If you follow the instructions from the link I posted you shouldn’t go far wrong.
