QGroundControl v5.0 - Release Candidate

QGC 5.0 Release Candidate 1 is now available for testing. Please help us out with testing this before the release goes official:

QGC runs on Windows, OS X, Linux platforms, iOS and Android devices.

Can we expect an iOS version of v5?

We won’t officially drop an iOS version. But you can build an iOS version yourself. The iS version is verified in CI but it’s somewhat unofficially supported.

I did a bench test in the windows version. I do like the new drop down/out menus. Looks good!

Thanks, I’ll test and eventually come back to you. I remember I had a task on top of my stack to work on the latency statistic based timeouts in mission upload/download on the slow 868Mhz ELRS+Mavlink. Mea Culpa, Mea Culpa.

Hi! Do something with RTSP H264/265 decoder please.
Checked on Siyi MK32 RC with Siyi camera- slideshow…
And make posibility to moove compass/horizon to upper right corner.
Text “ArduPilot” take lot of space on screen.
As for me better to remoove it.

If you are having a problem with video please enter an Issue with full details:GitHub · Where software is built. The “ArduPilot” text should not take away space from the toolbar items. It should disappear if the screen is too small. Enter and Issue if taht is not happening for you.
