QGroundControl doesn't detect serial ports

Hi everyone, I am stuck in an issue with QgroundControl.

My version of QGC on android doesnt detects Serial Ports at all when I try to add a new comm link. Its always “No Ports Available”. This is happening only on Skydroid H12.

So I asked Skydroid people and they sent me a custom QGC apk (old version 4.1.7) and this one detects Serial ports and works fine.

My issue is, I have to add some custom code in QGC, and as I do not have the code of the custom build Skydroid people sent me, I can only do that in new version, but this one doesnt detects Serial Ports at all. Can anyone help me figure out a workaround?

Hi… same is happening with me… can you send me a link of that apk ask I have emailed skydroid but I have not received any response from them. Its Chinese new year so maybe they are on a holiday.

Here we are on 2025 and I’m having a similar issue assigning the UDP port in QGroundControl. I have tried everything in the manual. I sent emails to the CUAV team. No Answers. Any suggestions ?
