Q_TILT_MASK not found

I am trying to set up a Quadcopter with tilt Rotors, however, am unable to find Q_TILT_MASK in the Parameters list.
Q_ENABLE is active. I even finished setting the Q_TYPE and Q_FRAME
What do I do?

To get all the VTOL parameters you have to set Q_ENABLE first.
