Q_RTL_MODE=2 loiter position definition

I recently tried to use Q_RTL_Mode =2 in place of mode 1, what I have used for a long time.

But I realized I am not able to specify the exact position the quadplane will descend from alt_hold_rtl to qrtl_alt.
Is there a way to specify not just the distance from home Q_FW_LND_APR_RAD but also the exact position or at least east/west/north/south of home/flight path?
