Px4 flow sensor issue with slight drifts to left

hello,

i am using px4 flow sensor and tf-mini lidar followed by the settings as on documentation. In loiter mode i can see slight drift to left and if any correction is added to bring it back then quad reacts according to the sticks inputs compensating opposite to stick inputs.
i’m flying indoor with good light conditions. i have not set the EKF home in the mission planner, how does it effects the performance?

I will be testing it outdoor in natural day light soon.
im sharing my log for OF.FLOW and OF.BODY parameters, please suggest me if im missing anything.
