Well, I instaled a win7 64 bit clean on my Compaq Q10- 500:
Intel Atom CPUN455 1.66 is dual
2 Gb Ram
Intel graphics Media Accelerator 3150
All with the last drivers Direct X and Updates
First at all, I’m installed Mission Planner …didn’t work because the Direct X was 11 and this program need the Direct 9c, Installed this one all is running and work.
Latter I installed the apmplanner2-installer-win32 (2.0.25) and the program start to running but never finish the start… , Check the .NET and I have Framework 4.7.1 and I tried to install the earlier from 3.5 until 4.6.1, but It’s impossible I don’t know what I can do in order to run the APM 2. Please Help.
Do this please: Right mouse click on the APMPlanner2 icon and choose “Run as administrator” and then capture the output from the command prompt window and post here so I can look at it.

Normally APM planner creates a logfile, but I don’t know where it is located on windows. Without having a logfile it will be very difficult to find out what goes wrong.
But I am sure @carpy knows it - or he has an Idea how to capture the output.
Just one year of Spanish is not going to cut it. 
You should see a log (apmlog_date.txt) in your home directory. For me the logs are found here:
C:\Users\Dave\apmplanner2

Seems to something in the serial subsystem - I will have a look at the weekend - perhaps we can find it. @Mcquack does yous system have a serial port - a real one or only USB?

Ok I tried to reproduce - but failed it is definitely not the serial subsystem.
So I did some googeling and found this https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-40991 and this https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-42240. It is somehow related to intel graphics and some Qt versions. Seems like the only solution is to update the Qt version to 5.5.0 or 5.6.3.

This is most likely caused by not having the necessary graphics drivers installed.

Unfortunately it looks like your graphics card does not support OpenGL 2.0 which is required by APM Planner 2.
