Problems with my Hexacopter

I am having the following problems with my HMF S550 Hexacopter. I have to give the copter a little over half throttle before it even attempts to lift off. When it does it immediately tilts/flips to the right. I also noticed the the motor on the left middle arm was extemely hot. ESC for this motor was fine, but the motor spins up slower than the other five motors.

Any ideas what might be going on>
