Problems with Kubuntu 15.04 (Vivid Vervet)

OS: Kubuntu 15.04 (Vivid Vervet)
Apmplanner2 version: 2.0.18 and also tested with the master git branch with the same results
Problem: Unable to open logs, when I click to “Open Log” the program hangs and doesn’t open the file dialog.
The console shows:
kf5.kservice.sycoca: Trying to open ksycoca from "/home/user/.cache/ksycoca5"
and nothing more.

Also in order to start the program I must add the parameter -style=fusion.

Can you let me know what version of Qt you are using?

qmake -v

QMake version 3.0
Using Qt version 5.4.1 in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu

I don’t think there is much I can do, as this seems like a Qt on Kubuntu issue. I can spin up a Kubuntu VM to check. Try Qt5.4.2 to see if that fixes the issue?

I’ve updted to a testing version of KDE and the problem is solved!

KDE version:
-Plasma 5.3.2
-KDE’s Frameworks 5.12.0

I’ve used this repository: ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports

PD: I have to keep using the command line parameter “-style=fusion” to be able to launch it.
