Problems with COM4 ? - Mission Planner?

We have two APM 2.5.2 boards (3DR). My three week old board log onto mission planner via Com4 without a problem. Our new board refuse’s to “see” COM4 as an option in the mission planner connect and refuses to connect in any way :confused:

Now why is that ???

Any idea’s welcome :ugeek:

@LuckLogic,
Each one of my APM2.5s has a different Comm port number. I am using Win 8 on a laptop. Don’t know why you are having a problem.

It was the micro USB cable :imp:
