Problem with TKOFF after change SCHED_LOOP_RATE

Hi all!
My story:
I use ardupilot plane 4.3.3.
I wanted to use gyroflow and apply changes how described in page Video Stabilization Using IMU data and Gyroflow — Copter documentation (in particular SCHED_LOOP_RATE => 300)

After that I have problem with auto take off mode . I see that after TKOFF_LVL_ALT is achieved (10) throtle value changed from TKOFF_THR_MAX (53) to THR_MAX (65) and triggered battery protection (BATT_WATT_MAX = 400)

After change value of SCHED_LOOP_RATE to 50, problem not reproduce.
