ardurover (boat) expects bidirectional ESCs. If you have ESCs that only operate in one direction, you can change the trim value for servo output 2 and 3 to the same number as the min value in the full parameter list. Or do the RC calibration again and leave the throttle in the minimum position at the end. All this only applies if you use a sticky throttle on your transmitter. If the throttle stick is spring loaded, either remove the spring or setup a curve, so the RC sends a minimum PWM signal with the throttle stick in the middle position.
Again, I don’t have the problem with other boats with same motor and esc.
If I trim down, the throttle output become lock at the low value.
The radio calibration ask for leave the throttle stick at the low position at the end so I did, but maybe I should NOT do this and leave it at the mid point?
Is your esc bidirectional? If not then it needs to be, ive had success with f35 tmotor escs they are about 1/5th the size and weight of a standard rc car/universal bidirectional
