Problem althold, attitude hold, heading hold

Yes, I know. I’m experiencing a pretty similar thing with my helicopter.

I was hovering in PosHold there and then switched to “Auto” where you can see the marker “3”. The next WP was just in front of the helicopter. I just paused the auto flight by pressing PosHold and then back to Auto again.

It’s more or less the same with RTL in an auto mission. As soon as RTL is activated, the helicopter starts oscillating in yaw a bit. I don’t know why that is happening, but I’ve heard that from other users too, so I don’t think it’s a problem with your specific helicopter. I think it’s a software issue. What version of ArduCopter are you using?

i am using Copter 4.0.3.Due to the impact of the epidemic, it seems that the official firmware has not released a new version for a long time.
@ChrisOlson
hi ChrisOlson,Do you know the cause of this problem.

@Felix Did you solve the problem by using other versions of firmware?

No, for various reasons I’m still running 3.6.8, so I wanted to know if that might be the reason or if the problem still persists in 4.0.3.

I am trying guide mode,not auto mode. if there is a difference?I think after the guide mode is OK, the auto mode should be fine.
