I’m using PixHawk 4. I’ve done calibrating compass a few times. Everything works great! But I can’t pass that prearm check.Please help. 
No way to help wit that meager amount of information. Why don’t you update to latest Stable version and then if the issue remains post with more info.
On the preflight tab, create the proper assignment so you can monitor the parameters.
