This message is produced when you have a Safety switch enabled and it hasn’t been activated.

If you are asking that question then surely you don’t have a safety switch. So set the BRD_SAFETYENABLE parameter to 0.

But you don’t say which Flight Controller you have, some don’t have safety switches.

OK, those have the option for a safety switch and its are enabled by default. If you do not have one connected then follow the instructions above.
