Pre-arm: GPS2 not healthy

Hi,
I have an issue with arming a VTOL plane using two HERE3+ GPS. No matter what settings regarding GPS I set the message " PRE ARM: GPS2: NOT HEALTHY". Both of the GPSs have 15+ satellites and HDOP is below 1. I tried increasing GPS_RATE_MS for both GPSs but there was no change. When using only one GPS no matter which one there is no error with GPS signal being unhealthy. I need to use two however. I am using the latest ArduPlane 4.3.3

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue running arducopter 4.3.7 with Cube orange and two Here3+ modules.
