PPM channel keeps switching on BeagleBone Blue

Hi,

I’m using a FS-A8S reciever with PPM out on the BeagleBone Blue. I’ve noticed that the channels get scrambled when connected to RC i.e. channel 3 gets assigned to Yaw/Roll. This happens randomly and breaks down more often than not. I’m either stuck being unable to ARM the copter. A couple of restarts usually solves the problem, but the fix is temporary. The receiver seems to work fine on other FCs though. It would be great if anyone else who’s working on the BBBlue could give me some advice.

@OXINARF, thank you. I resolved this issue, turns out my startup script was launching 2 instances of arducopter causing the conflict.
